This was hands down the coziest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! It looks exactly like the photos, and we had such a great time. We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, and the host surprised us with a card and a bottle of wine, which was so thoughtful. The place was spotless, peaceful, and comfortable. It’s located in a gated community, though the gate was never closed during our stay—good to mention, but it didn’t bother us. It’s also about 30 minutes from the activities we wanted to do, which worked out fine for us. We’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed for three weeks and had a great time. House was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable. The moana room had a memory foam mattress while the master room had a softer mattress so personal preference. Basic amenities in house on arrival like toiletries and dishwasher tablets so enough to get started. Communication from host was amazing, very quick to respond and solved the one issue we had quickly, gave the feeling that if anything went wrong it would be resolved quickly. Would happily stay there again.

My family had a fantastic stay, we were here for 8 days and we made some of the best memories. This home was beautiful, there are tons of things to keep you entertained while staying here. The pool was very nice. The host is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The place fits the description and pictures perfectly, we did not want to leave! The host is very friendly and responsive. They always reply back within 10 minutes. The decoration of the house is amazing. This is the perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit any of the disney parks or universal studios theme parks. You MUST visit this place especially if you are a fan of Harry Potter like me!

Mid-Summer Family Vacay was successful. This was my very first time staying in an Airbnb. My spouse never liked the idea of "staying in someone's house." But i think he finally has a change of heart. 😁We even extend our stay for an additional night. All codes for the house were sent in an email. All information was very clear. The house was clean, the linen was clean, and the kitchen was clean. Pools and hot tubs were good also. A grill is also available on the patio.  Which we loved and used. The game room and movie room were also good. The pictures posted of the home are exactly how the house looks. All the  neighbors that I did see appeared to be friendly.  Will I book this house again? Yesss.

Our overall experience was very positive. What really stood out was the excellent communication with the host and their proactive approach to addressing any minor issues we encountered during our stay. The house itself is very comfortable and exactly as described in the listing, with photos that are fairly accurate. It is extremely well equipped for hosting a large family. The kitchen is a highlight, featuring modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The location in Kissimmee is acceptable, but the surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest. While we never felt unsafe or had any problems, the nearby budget hotel and general area do not give the best first impression. One thing to note is that there is a step in the middle of the living room, so the house is not fully accessible for people with mobility limitations. Overall, the property delivers exactly what it promises, and we left with nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at the Epic Luxury Theme Home! The kids absolutely loved the private pool, movie room, and game room — it kept them entertained for hours. The themed bedrooms were a huge hit and made the whole experience extra fun for the entire family. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids or looking for a memorable family vacation. We’d love to come back again!

This was a great trip. Upon arriving we came in with a thunderstorm, which caused the internet to go out. It forced my family and I to actually do things together without their phones. I really loved that. However, it was just a few hours without internet, the team came and fixed it right away! They were so responsive and nice and made us feel so comfortable. My children had the best time ever here! We didn’t get to take advantage of the theater room because I couldn’t keep them out of the pool hahaha. This was a great air bnb! The house comes loaded with games and fun things to do. We love the multiverse theme! That is what drove me to this property! It was exactly as pictured. I loved it here and the location was perfect and private! We felt safe and comfortable. I do not have anything bad to say. My family and I come to Florida once a year and by far this is the best home we have stayed at so far! Thanks for such amazing hospitality and great communication

I highly recommend this place. It was like described and in a safe and calm neighborhood. WiFi is great for working and you have lots of space and privacy at a perfect location. The garden and barbecue area is fantastic even that I never used it. Very special was the great, fast and professional communicate with the host. Never saw such a friendly and fast service before at any time.

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! It truly felt like home—everything was provided, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches that many places overlook. A complimentary bottle of wine welcomed us, which was such a nice surprise. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every detail was considered. The hosts were incredibly responsive, replying within minutes. Plus, it's conveniently located just a short drive from Walt Disney World. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Owners were very responsive and friendly. Customer service was top notch. It was a budget stay for a couple nights while passing through Orlando. Beds are not for sleeping more than a few nights. Limited towels provided. No kitchen towels provided. Hotel feel but affordable and friendly staff made it worth it.

I must have to say it’s good place to stay at Florida homeshare! The pool is nice where you can have ur private pool. ! I love the setup feels like home and it smells great as well soon as you walk into the airbnb they have everything that you need or ask for I’m definitely going to come back to this place again! I can’t say enough amazing things about this home and the people who rent it. The decor was amazing, the house was very clean, the pool and hot tube were kept spotless. There was tons to do in the house alone and then it was close to everything you need. About 20 minutes to Disney parks. The folks who rent it out were quick to respond, answered questions we had and always open to hear what we had to say. I would recommend this property to anyone who asked. It truly added extra stay to my kids’ first trip to Disney!

I rented this unit for my friends & I to celebrate a 64th birthday. The home was beautifully decorated, had any and everything you'd need plus some. The host was amazing, friendly and responded quickly to any communication I sent. After going through the hurricane a few days prior this home was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend. Honestly, from start to finish - this Airbnb was amazing. It’s spacious, it was VERY clean (I had a terrible experience at the previous Airbnb I used) and everything from the sheets to pillows to towels were extremely comfortable and clean. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, not that I ever needed anything bc they truly think of everything and have anything you can possibly think of. We were only a group of 3, so it was def more than enough space & items provided but a big group would still be ever comfortable staying here as well! I would 10000% stay here again! We all enjoyed it so much. Thank you!!

I use AirBNB for 50-100 nights per year between business travel and family vacations, and this is hands down the best AirBNB I have ever seen. Every single amenity in the listing was provided and then some. We stayed here for a family vacation to the Disney and Universal theme parks in Orlando, and because of the attention to detail in the decor and the extremely thoughtful touches in evidence at every turn, this home was the most magical part of our trip. Where some hosts stretch the bare minimum, our host went the extra mile, and was extremely generous. The pool heater and hot tub were both on perfectly calibrated timers that made them appealing exactly when you’d want to use them. There were shower towels, pool towels and beach towels. The laundry machine and dishwasher were in perfect working order with detergent provided. And the omnipresent labels around the house felt like helpful mind readers, rather than pushy or restrictive. I would come back to the area just to stay here.

This place was great for our family. The themed rooms, game room, movie room, pool, and hot tub were all big hits. The community was gated and we were able to access the gym. The host was great at communication and quick to answer questions. Definitely would recommend.

This place was amazing. With Disney and Universal on our agenda, this home was the perfect match and setting for us. We completely geeked out over the Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Avengers decor and collectibles. The Christmas, motion activated Storm Trooper was an unexpected plus upon arriving in the upstairs entertainment area. The hot tub was great and having the pool warmed in under 12 hours was icing on the cake. We have discussed returning here for our next family vacation and simply enjoying the amenities of this property vs spending all of the extra on the theme parks. The property management team was outstanding!  Very little, if any, delay in communication and requests were successfully met without delay. I would HIGHLY recommend this team and this property for your next outing. We certainly plan to return…and not soon enough!!  Great job all around.

Just as expected and more! Tons of little detail around every corner. Lots to do too! From different video games, swimming pool, hot tub, etc. We had a blast. If you plan on booking in the winter months make sure to pay for the pool to be heated. We're from Michigan so it didn't bother us at all, but it would be cold for most people.  We are already talking about next year's Christmas vacation.

Perto de tudo: farmácia, posto de gasolina, Ross, target… Apenas 20 minutos de carro da Disney. Várias opções de copos, canecas, pratos. Ar condicionado. A casa é perfeita.

Florida home shares were very responsive  and a great host. They communicated very well and accommodated our family very well. They were able to provide a beach cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs so we didn’t have to travel with ours 💙. The home was beautiful and we loved the themes. I really liked the cloud lights in the front room. Our boys loved the game room, theater room and pool. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our time there.
